Apricot and Averna Bourbon Sour

Apricot and Averna Bourbon Sour
  • Yield:makes 1 cocktail
  • Active time:3 minutes
  • Total time:3 minutes

This bourbon sour has a nice bitter bite from the Averna to balance the sweetness of the apricot liqueur. I used Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon here, but feel free to try whatever you have on hand.
