Tequila works surprisingly well with the bitter flavors of Campari in this easy pitcher cocktail. Añejo tequila complements the bright, sunny tangerine juice in the mix.

Note: Tangelo juice can be used in place of tangerine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1 cup añejo tequila
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed tangerine juice from about 6 tangerines (see note above)
  • 1 1/2 cups seltzer water
  • Garnish: 4 tangerine wedges

Directions

  1. 1.

In a large pitcher, combine Campari, tequila, and tangerine juice. Fill pitcher with ice, top with seltzer, and gently stir to combine. Serve with tangerine wedges in each glass.
