Ingredients
- 1 ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
- 1 ounce Redbreast Irish whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Garnish: Apple slice

Add mezcal, whiskey, Benedictine, and bitters to mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with apple slice and serve.
