Cynar Iced Tea

A super drinkable and surprisingly refreshing iced tea with a bitter kick. I had big plans to fix this iced tea up with mint leaves, agave, and plenty of citrus, but found that I liked this pared down version the best.

Ingredients
- For the Iced Green Tea:
- 3 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- For Each Cocktail:
- 1 1/2 ounces Cynar
- 3 dashes Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) chilled green tea
- Garnish: lemon wedge (optional)

For the Iced Green Tea: Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. When it just reaches a boil, remove from heat and steep the tea for just 2 minutes. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate until cool.

For Each Cocktail: Combine the Cynar, bitters, and green tea in a small glass. Stir to combine and top with ice. Garnish with lemon wedge if desired.
