Fuchsia Dunlop's Chili Oil

This fiery condiment can be used in place of just about any store-bought chilli oil. This week, we're using it in Fuchsia Dunlop's Cold Chicken with a Spicy Sichuanese Sauce from Every Grain of Rice.
