Bacon-Banana Waffle Sandwich with Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup

Maple and bacon are a natural match, and so are bananas and peanut butter--why not them bring them all together? This decadent sandwich is fun for brunch or dessert, and probably wouldn't suffer from a scoop of ice cream on top if you're feeling especially indulgent.

The bananas are seared in the leftover bacon fat and sprinkled with sugar, giving them a pork-infused caramelization.
