Vegan Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
Whether you're craving the vibe of a lazy summer's day or just a tangy, not-too-sweet smoothie, this slightly creamy take on strawberry lemonade will get you there.
Note:
If your blender has a hard time processing dates, take Serious Eater catea's brilliant advice. Chop the dates and soak them in warm water for a few minutes, then drain thoroughly. Next, blend the soaked dates with the recipe's liquids until smooth before adding the rest of the ingredients. Thanks, catea!
To make this smoothie un-vegan (because, well, you have your reasons, and that's cool), feel free to substitute regular plain or strawberry yogurt for the soy yogurt.
