Olive Oil Cookies
About This Recipe
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour, extra to manage dough consistency
- 1 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients, dry then wet.
Add flour if dough is too wet. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes
