Ingredients
- 1 ounce Chateau d'Orignac VSOP Cognac
- 3/4 ounce Dry Sack 15 year sherry
- 1/2 ounce Giffard apricot liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: lime twist

Combine cognac, sherry, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with lime twist.
