  • Sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
  • 1/2 ounces elderflower liqueur
  • Brut sparkling wine
  • Garnish: Orchid blossom

    Place sugar cube in a cocktail glass. Add bitters and elderflower liqueur. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with orchid if desired.
