Ingredients
- 30 fresh mint leaves
- 30 sprigs of cilantro
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
- 14 ounces fresh cucumber juice
- 6 ounces fresh lime juice from 10 to 12 limes
- 6 ounces fresh lemon juice from about 6 lemons
- 6 ounces agave nectar
- 16 ounces dry sake

Muddle mint, cilantro, and serrano in a pitcher. Add the cucumber juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and agave nectar and stir to combine. Strain out the solids and refrigerate liquid until ready to serve, at least 1 and up to 4 hours.

To serve, combine the punch base with dry sake in an ice filled carafe or punch bowl. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
