- 16 ounces Kolsch (or another light-bodied beer)
- 20 ounces North End Grill Bloody Mary Mix
- 4 strips crisp cooked bacon
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
Fill four glasses with ice. Divide beer between glasses. Add bloody mary mix and stir gently to combine. Garnish with bacon and lemon.
