Here's a beefy take on the Bloody Mary. Rich beef stock goes into the tomato base with a roasted shishito pepper sitting on top.
- 16 ounces North End Grill Bloody Mary Mix
- 8 ounces (1 cup) beef stock
- 8 ounces (1 cup) vodka
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice from 2 to 3 lemons
- 8 shishito peppers, roasted (optional)
Combine bloody mary mix, beef stock vodka, and lemon juice in a pitcher filled with ice. Stir until well chilled. Serve in individual ice-filled glasses, garnished with shishito peppers.
