This bright and fruity cocktail from Telegraph in Chicago is pitch perfect for the season. Tart apple from the calvados and the vegetal bite of celery bitters make a great team. Bittermens celery shrub bitters are available online.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Mauro Vergano White Vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce Julien Frémont Calvados
  • 1/2 ounce fresh juice from 1 lemon
  • Dash Bittermens celery shrub bitters

Directions

  1. 1.

    Combine white vermouth, calvados, lemon juice, and celery shrub bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass and serve immediately, straight up.
