- 2 ounces Mauro Vergano White Vermouth
- 3/4 ounce Julien Frémont Calvados
- 1/2 ounce fresh juice from 1 lemon
- Dash Bittermens celery shrub bitters
Combine white vermouth, calvados, lemon juice, and celery shrub bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass and serve immediately, straight up.
