- 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
- 1 1/2 ounces Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro
- 1/2 ounce Strega
- Splash soda
- Garnish: Orange wedge
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add Aperol, Zucca, and Strega, stir well. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Strain Aperol mixture into serving glass, top with soda, and garnish with orange wedge.
