This cocktail is made with Balcones True Blue Whiskey, a Texan blue corn whiskey, balanced with fresh lemon.

- 3/4 ounce Balcones True Blue Whiskey
- 3/4 ounce St. Germain
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- Garnish: candied orange peel, maraschino cherry
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied orange peel and a cherry and serve.
