Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream (15 ounces / about 5 scoops)
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 ounces Frangelico
- 1/2 ounce gold rum
- Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Add ice cream, peanut butter, milk, cinnamon, Frangelico, and rum to blender. Purée until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of blender to incorporate peanut butter if needed. Divide among serving glasses, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
