Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek fresh crushed chili paste
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water
