This lightly sweet and butterscotch-like cocktail (name after the original bicycle with the large front wheel) is made with Averna, Luxardo Maraschino, and Victoria Gin, a citrusy and herbal gin that's distilled with local ingredients in Victoria, BC. If you can't find Victoria Gin, Beefeater makes a fine substitute.
