Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Indian-style hot lime pickle (such as Patak's)
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2-inch knob peeled ginger
- 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
Procedures

Combine lime pickle, orange juice, and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides and watering down with water as necessary. Transfer to a dipping bowl, garnish with scallions, and serve with fried chicken.
