Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Martin Miller's Gin
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce Aperitivo Cocchi Americano
- 1 strip lemon zest

Add gin, Aperol, and Cocchi Americano to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 15 seconds, then strain into an ice filled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
