- 1/2 ounce Hendrick's gin
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 dash Fee Brothers celery bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve straight up.
