This quattro-proportioned drink was created by Sam Ross of New York's Little Branch. It got its name from M.I.A.'s song, which Ross was listening to when the drink was created.

Special equipment:
cocktail shaker, coupe glass, tea strainer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce bourbon, such as Weller 7-year or Eagle Rare
  • 3/4 ounce Aperol
  • 3/4 ounces Amaro Nonino
  • 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Serve.
