This cocktail from Todd Maul of Clio in Boston is refreshing and complex, and would also be delicious served over ice.
- 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce St Germain
- 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/4 ounce cognac
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add gin, lemon, St Germain, grapefruit juice, and cognac. Shake well, strain into chilled coupe glass.
