This beautifuly rosy vodka cocktail is fruity and lightly floral—it's one of the most delicate citrus cocktails we've tried.

- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce blood orange juice
- 1/2 ounce St Germain
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 ounce chilled sparkling wine
- Garnish: orange twist
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, blood orange juice, St Germain, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, add sparkling wine. Garnish with orange twist.
