The Meyer lemon in this simple cocktail beautifully complements the flavors of gin.

- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- Juice of 1 Meyer lemon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Chilled soda water
Combine gin, juice, and sugar in a highball glass. Stir well. Add ice and top off with soda, stir lightly if desired and serve.
