Ingredients
- 1 pint chopped ripe beefsteak or Roma tomatoes (about large 3 beefsteak or 8 Roma)
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 recipe Best Basic Guacamole
Directions

Season tomatoes and onions with salt to taste. Transfer to a colander set over the sink and allow to drain for ten minutes. Transer tomatoes and onions to a medium bowl and stir in guacamole. Serve immediately with warm tortilla chips.
