Ingredients

- 4 ounces jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Frank's
- 1 medium stalk celery, minced
- salt
