Rompope (Mexican Eggnog)

Notes:

• Remove the peel of the lemon with a peeler, making sure to avoid the pith.
• You can refrigerate the rompope for up to 1 month in sterilized glass bottles.
• Add rum or aguardiente to taste—and tolerance!
