- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pop kernels in popcorn maker or large heavy pot with a lid. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl.
In a small saucepan, combine butter and truffle oil. Heat on medium-low until warm, about 2 minutes.
Pour butter mixture over popcorn. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
