Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped dried apples
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together oats, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Add cranberries, raisins, dried apples, pumpkin seeds and almonds to bowl. Stir to combine.

In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin, and apple sauce until well combined.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Spread granola in a thin layer over baking sheet.

Bake granola until golden, stirring oats halfway through baking, about 40 minutes.
