Ingredients
- For cinnamon demerara syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup demerara sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- For cocktail:
- Ice
- 2 ounces Denizen Rum
- 1/2 barspoon of molasses
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon demerara syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash baked apple bitters

For syrup, bring water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil, stirring until sugar fully dissolves. Let cool. Strain before using.

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add rum, molasses, cinnamon demerara syrup, Angostura, and baked apple bitters. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
