Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Oxley Gin
- 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
- Perfect Puree of Coconut or other coconut cream
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Fentiman's Tonic
- Cardamom powder
- Slice of lime for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, Lillet Blanc, coconut puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add a splash of tonic and a pinch of cardamom powder, garnish with lime.
