Oxley Refuge Gin and Tonic

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Oxley Gin
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • Perfect Puree of Coconut or other coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Fentiman's Tonic
  • Cardamom powder
  • Slice of lime for garnish

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, Lillet Blanc, coconut puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add a splash of tonic and a pinch of cardamom powder, garnish with lime.
