A spicy-fruity tequila cocktail from Heidi Welniak, US Bartender's Guild, Las Vegas.
For added dimension, you can caramelize the grapefruit bitters by spraying them with an atomizer on top of the drink at the same time as you ignite a brulee torch over the drink. Be careful!

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Casa Noble Anejo Tequilla
- 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Rouge
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, Lillet Rouge, Campari, and fresh lime juice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with one pinch of cayenne pepper and a drop of grapefruit bitters.
