  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt

    In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, cucumber, and garlic.

    Stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar until fully incorporated. Season with salt to taste.
