This is one of our favorite cocktails from The Trilby. Fresh grapefruit juice balances the fruity sweetness of this rum drink; it tastes a bit like a grapefruit half sprinkled with brown sugar. Yum!

- 1 1/2 ounces Pyrat XO Reserve rum or other aged rum
- 3/4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 ounce dark agave nectar
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Dash peach bitters
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum, lime juice, agave, grapefruit juice, and bitters and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
