Basil Daiquiri
This summer refresher from Heather Herman of The Trilby in New York City is bright and tart, with the added complexity of basil. We'd happily drink it by the pitcher.
If you don't have Pyrat Rum XO Reserve, substitute another aged rum, such as Ron Zacapa.
