- 6 cups strawberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form. Add confectioner's sugar and continue to beat until cream is fluffy with stiff peaks. Serve alongside berries.
