Ingredients
- 2 large mint leaves
- 2 slices cucumber
- Ice
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 2 ounces Pimm's No. 1
- Ginger ale

Put mint leaves, cucumber, and ice in a highball glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lime juice, Cointreau, and Pimm's. Shake and strain into glass. Top with ginger ale.
