- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice, from 1 to 2 limes
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- 2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Rum
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add, in layers, the lime juice, then the ginger beer, then the Goslings. Serve with a straw.
