This sorbet doesn't require an ice cream machine, and can be made with just a blender or food processor.

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 avocados
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice, to taste
- 3 to 5 passionfruits

Peel and chop the avocados into pieces, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.

Blend the frozen avocados with sugar and lime juice, until very smooth. Return to freezer to set, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Slice open the passionfruits, and serve the avocado sorbet garnished with the seeds and pulp from the passionfruit, approximately half a passionfruit per serving of sorbet.
