The Operator is a spin on a white wine spritzer, but it's a bit more flavorful (though still refreshing and low in alcohol.) We used subpar Sauvignon Blanc, but any dry white wine will do.

- 2 ounces dry white wine
- 2 ounces ginger ale
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- lime slice for garnish
Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice. Add wine, ginger ale, and lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime.
