Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons finely grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons peeled and finely grated ginger
- 1 fresh bird's eye chili, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- freshly ground black pepper

Combine the ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix. The vinaigrette will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
