Mustard, Rice Vinegar, and Miso Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon hot mustard paste
  • 3 tablespoons Saikyo miso (sweet white miso)
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dashi
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to mix well. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
