Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon hot mustard paste
- 3 tablespoons Saikyo miso (sweet white miso)
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dashi
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil

Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to mix well. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
