- 1 1/2 ounces Vermont Gold Vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces Eden Ice Cider, plus more for rimming
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 3/4 ounce hard cider
- Cinnamon sugar for rimming
- Cinnamon stick as garnish (optional)
Fill a martini glass with ice and water to chill. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, ice cider and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
Empty the water and ice from the martini glass. Dip the martini glass in a shallow tray of ice cider. Shake off excess and then dip the glass in a shallow plate of cinnamon sugar to coat the rim.
Strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass. Float the cider on top and add a cinnamon stick to garnish.
