- 4 ounces stilton (room temperature)
- 12 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup grated apple
- 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
In a mixing bowl, combine stilton, cream cheese, and grated apple with rubber spatula. When well blended, roll the mixture into single ball or several bite size balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
Spread the chopped walnuts on pie plate. Roll the cheese ball(s) through, making sure every side is coated with the walnuts. Wrap the cheese ball(s) in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
