Zombies are called zombies because they are seriously alcohol laden.
According to the original Zombie recipe, there are the equivalent of seven and a half ounces of alcohol in a just one Zombie. This would compare to drinking three and a half cocktails made with a healthy 2 ounces of booze for each drink.
I recommend you make the full amount and then divvy up between children's medicine syringes (available in drugstores) and allow guests to shoot themselves with the "antidote."
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 1 part orange juice
- 1 part white rum
- 1 part apricot brandy
- 1 part dark rum
- 1/2 part 151 rum
Mix the pineapple juice, orange juice, white rum, dark rum, 151 rum, and apricot brandy in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
Alternatively, you can add the 151 rum to the top of the drink and light afire.
