  • 10 ounces King Arthur Bread Flour
  • 3.7 ounces semolina
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 packet Red Star instant yeast
  • 8 ounces water

    This is mixed and kneaded in a Bread Machine for 20 minutes, then allowed to rise for 2 hours. Following the initial rise, it is placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The sauce is a fairly simple tomato sauce made from tomato puree and water with salt, pepper, Emeril's Italian Seasoning to taste. I have been using Costco's shredded Mozzarella cheese and Sweet Italian Sausage from the grocery store.

    The pizza is baked at 475 in the oven on a pizza screen placed on a pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
