Peanut Butter Honey Balls

The trick to these balls is to serve them well-chilled. Poke a long skewer in each morsel to make them even more fun to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Using a mixer or a well-muscled arm, mix together the peanut butter, honey and powdered milk.

    Shape the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls (about the size of a walnut).

    Roll the balls in crushed cornflakes.

  4. 4.

    Set balls on a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
